What happened

September 14, 2026: Cambium Networks Limited entered administration in the UK.
Cambium has stopped making its Enterprise Wi-Fi access points, cnMatrix switches, and NSE appliances.
Cambium says cnMaestro Cloud may not support Enterprise devices after the end of October 2026.
The on-prem version of cnMaestro comes with a 90-day trial. After that, it drops to a basic tier.

What it means for you

Two distinct things are true.

1. Your network keeps running. Cambium access points store their settings locally. Traffic keeps flowing.

2. You are losing control of it. Without cloud management, you lose fleet-wide changes, firmware updates, and central monitoring. With production stopped, there are no new parts and no future security patches.
