ResiQ LLC collects only the information needed to respond to inquiries, provide requested resources, and operate this website.
Information we collect
When you submit a form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company, portfolio size, website or professional profile, technology needs, and the content of your message. Our hosting provider may also process standard technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, and request logs for security and reliability. We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure page visits and form events without sending form contents or contact details to analytics. During a visit, we may store the landing page and a guide page path in session storage and include those paths with a submitted inquiry. We also store an anonymous form-start ID and time when you begin an inquiry form, so we can compare starts with completed submissions.
How we use information
We use submitted information to answer your request, evaluate and schedule consulting conversations, deliver requested materials, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
ResiQ uses Vercel to host the website and privately store form records, and HubSpot for contact management and inquiry follow-up. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
Retention and security
Form records are stored in private, access-controlled systems and retained only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, business records, legal obligations, and fraud prevention. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements. You may also ask us to stop contacting you.
